Configuration & Seeding

Business rules, workflow stages, fee codes, permissions, and dashboard layouts are seeded into the database. The system is configured, not customised — keeping upgrades clean.

STEP 03

Pilot Deployment

The product is deployed on your infrastructure (or a managed server) and put through end-to-end testing with real institutional data before any user touches it.

STEP 04

Operational Handover

Staff are onboarded, administrators are trained on the admin console, and we remain engaged for ongoing configuration changes and system evolution.
